millitary trades

I came across the expression 'military trades' and I began wondering what it meant exactly. I suppose the term covers the jobs of technicians and engineers who work in the army, but what about people who work in the arms industry and also, what about regular soldiers, officers etc.?

Gratefully,

Military trades I understand to mean any trade used in the military.

This quote is from the link below.
We feature military tradesperson jobs, trades supervisor and management jobs and jobs in the trades covering painters, HVAC technicians, construction and contractors including framers, welders, plumbers, electricians and electrical, landscapers and more

If you aren't employed by the military then they are just "trades".
