Hi everybody! Do you call a person who changes jobs frequently "a job jumper" and the verb to change jobs frequently "jump jobs"?

Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered job-hopper and job-hopping for this concept. The verb is to hop jobs or to job-hop.
