A: Men over 40! How many kids do you have? Do you wish you had more kids or less kids? Do you wish you had started a family younger— or waited a bit longer?
B: I have 6 boys. 30 down to 11.

- Hi guys! What does "30 down to 11" mean in this context?

I don't think I've heard it expressed that way but I'd guess they have six kids ranging in age from 11 to 30 years old
