Are the above sentences all grammatically correct and meaningful?

Both these sentences require the singular possessive pronoun with glory: "for the landscape to appear in all its glory".
The rest are all grammatically fine, though the combination of b) and c)'s vagueness with their repetitive use of 'to' sounds awkward to my ear.
As always with these contrived sentences, context would clarify the intent. Without it, a) suggests to me that the sufferer waited until the pain from his condition had become unendurable before he made the decision to see his doctor, whereas c) suggests that he actually wanted the pain level to increase first.

I would write, and say, "until" actually.
