Can one use:
1) I didn't see every one of them.
instead of:
2) I didn't see any one of them.
if 'every' is strongly emphasized?

Can one use:
3) I didn't see both of them.
instead of:
4) I didn't see either of them.
if 'both' is strongly emphasized?
