Can one use:
1) Do you know why doing the same workout every day doesn't work for you?
Because it never does.


instead of:

2) Do you know why doing the same workout every day doesn't work for you?
Because it never works for anyone.

Can one use:
3) Do you know why doing the same workout every day doesn't work for you?
Because it doesn't.


instead of:

4) Do you know why doing the same workout every day doesn't work for you?
Because it doesn't for anyone.

No. "You" is restrictive, whereas "anyone" is not.

In other words, "you" refers only to the person addressed, whereas "anyone" makes a general statement.
