A: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry handed out nappies and helped kids try on school backpacks at a drive-thru charity event near their new LA mansion.

B: She would of said to the journalist’s , make sure the camera is on ME AT ALL TIMES and only snap my best side or I will sue you.

C: And why pick on her? They're both in the photo. Envy is running through you like a green blood stream! Stop it with the red eyed comments, they're not going away anytime soon. They're living their positive best life. You should try it, you'd have no time to throw shade.

- Hi guys! I googled the meaning of "green blood stream" but I found no results. What does it mean in this case?

Your answers will be highly appreciated.

My assumption is that this expression, which I've never heard before, is a nonce coinage by Person C. (I assume that this similarly applies to "red eyed comments", where I take "red-eyed" to mean "hostile".)

Person C is invoking the cultural association of the colour green with envy and jealousy -- an emotion sometimes personified as "the green-eyed god". One may also hear someone being referred to as "green with envy".

I would not pay any attention to the piece at all when you see such bad English as, "She would of said to the journalist’s , make sure the camera is on ME.... What should have been written is, "She would have said to the journalists, make sure the camera is on ME.... (The comma is in the wrong place in the original)
