Keep up with

A: (After saying lots of things) asks B "Are you with me?" / "Can you keep up with me?"
B: Of course yes.
- Hi everybody! I use "Are you with me?" or "Can you keep up with me?" here to mean "Can you understand and catch up with what I'm saying?". Are they both used correctly in this situation?
