A: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi managed to insult President Donald Trump for the second time in two days by using what can only be termed “fake concern.”

B: Nobody gets under Trump’s skin like Nancy Pelosi! And she does it like melted butter!!! I’d say “ effortless”, but it takes intelligence, wit, and guts to do it the way she does.... perfect!

- Hi guys! I Googled the meaning of "melted butter" but I found the idiom "butter wouldn’t melt in someone’s mouth", and "melted butter" has meanings related to sex. What does "melted butter" mean in this case?

Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

If it is a "saying", it's probably not a very well-known one. This is just a wild guess, but the hint may be in the first part..."gets under his skin". Getting under someone's skin means to aggravate them. Nancy Pelosi seems to do this quite easily (as easily as melted butter). It's fairly common, when roasting a chicken or turkey or other type of fowl to lift the skin up and brush melted butter on the flesh and then replace the skin. It works very well...and it's really quite easy. That's all I got.
