Agree politely

Colleague A: I think people who litter in the office should be fined $200. Do you agree with me?
Colleague B: It's not up to me to disagree. / What right do I have to disagree? / Who am I to disagree?

- Hi everyone! Is it perfectly natural to use one of Colleague B's three sentences to agree politely?

Thanks a lot!
