A: McDonald's said Sunday that it had fired CEO Steve Easterbrook due to what the company described as a "recent consensual relationship with an employee" that violated company policy.
B: So you're saying McDonald's fired their big cheese for putting his meat patty in the wrong buns? Quite the pickle.

- Hi guys! What does B mean when he uses the phrases "big cheese", "meat patty", "wrong buns" and "quite the pickle"?

Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

Steve, look up "double entendre" or "sexual innuendo". On the surface, the words or phrases in your example refer to McDonald's ingredients, but below the surface...not so much.
