Which of the following are correct:
1) The bus arrived needs repairs.
2) The bus just arrived needs repairs.
3) The bus arrived from London needs repairs.
4) The bus just arrived from London needs repairs.
4 is the only one that I can imagine anyone saying. No idea why the others should be/sound wrong.

All four sound a little askew to my ears. I think I'd probably be more likely to hear:
The bus that (which?) just arrived from London needs repairs
The bus, just arrived from London, is in need of repair.
The bus just arrived from London and needs repairing
