Hi everybody! "Keep up the good work" means "Please keep doing the good things that you are doing now. A general phrase of encouragement.". Is it considered rude to say it to people who are older than you?
Thanks so much!

Good work
Re: Good work
Not at all, Steve. It's a compliment on a job well done and, as you say, encouragement to continue doing it well. I can't imagine anyone taking it as rude or patronizing, regarless of their age in relation to you.
