Hi everybody! What phrase or verb do you use to describe when rich parents bribe someone a lot of money so that the parents' kids can attend the best schools?
Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

In the case of the college admissions cheating scandal involving Felicity Huffman, I've seen her described as taking part in a college admissions {scam / fraud / scheme} and college bribery.
Of course, fraudulent scheming of all kinds is widespread, typically among the most privileged groups of society. They have both the resources and know-how, the sense of entitlement, the influential contacts, and the relatively greater degree of impunity required to be able to pull it off.
