Which are correct:

1) He went out in order not to see the operation.

2) He went out not to see the operation.

3) He went out to not see the operation.


4) Not to see the operation, he went out.

5) To not see the operation, he went out.

In the above "to not see" are ok.

Also:
-you were told not to see him.
- you were told not to not go.

Generally we would avoid constructions such as those.

In spoken English you will often hear "he went out so as not to see ..."

In written English, I would go for something like "to avoid seeing".
