Hi everybody! What do you call the equipment that has many golden and black faucets pouring beer out in the following link?

Thanks a lot!

We don't have faucets in the UK, we have taps, so those are beer-taps.
A lot of us here prefer our beer alive, we call it "Real Ale". Real ale is served with a "Hand Pump".

Bob, as an aside it has always puzzled me why CAMRA went for the word Ale rather than Beer. I assume it is just that CAMRA is pronounceable whereas CAMRB isn't.

Maybe the people who set up the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) wanted an acronym that sounded snappy.
