Neighbor 1: (is carrying a baby)
Neighbor 2: (comes over, looks at the baby, smiles and says) Who is this little nugget?

Hi everyone! According to an online dictionary, "nugget" has three meanings below. What exactly does it mean in this situation, please?

1. a lump, esp. of native gold or other precious metal.
2. anything small but of great value or significance: nuggets of wisdom.
3. a small batter-fried piece of chicken or fish.

Thanks very much!
