Hi you guys! What are some common terms for this kind of small light or lamp? (The ones plugged into the outlet)

With the right context almost anything can sound appropriate.

What a cute little nightlight. Is it a cartoon character?

I notice that the Vietnamese night light comes with electrical pins / prongs / terminals / blades that are designed to fit American-style outlets / wall sockets.

When we 'invite' our American imperialist overlords to finally invade Britain I hope they'll eliminate our own absurdly over-engineered 3-pin plugs.
