Two dishes

Hi everyone! What are the separate names for the following two dishes?

As they are probably from the East, we would probably call them whatever you told us they were called.
Having said that, the first one looks as though it could be a spring roll.

The fist photos look like they are spring rolls or egg rolls. They are wrapped in a thin, won ton-like wrapper and fried. The second ones, fresh and wrapped in the rice paper are summer rolls or Vietnamese rolls.
