Hands and legs

Post by Stevenloan » Wed May 03, 2017 4:44 pm

Hi everyone! Is it correct to say "She's sitting with two hands touching each other like praying and two legs closed" in the following link?

Thanks very much!

I'd say "She is sitting in the praying lotus position. It's a yoga meditation pose. You could say "she is sitting in prayer with her legs crossed". I don't thinks there is any need to mention "two" hands or "two" legs. Since you are using "hand(s)", we know she has more than one and it's a pretty safe bet that she doesn't have three or more.
