Usually, we'd call that a water garden, water feature or pond. Somehow, those terms seem a little too simple for something that elaborate. It's a beaut.
In England that style would probably be described as a Japanese Water Garden. The Japanese get the credit irrespective of where they are.
With the right context almost anything can sound appropriate.
We would probably say the same thing in Wales Tony.
