Hi you guys! What do you call these three tiny blue swim gears? One for the nose and two for the ears.

Those are ear plugs and a nose plug (or nose clip). If you are using the word to mean apparel or equipment used for a specific purpose, use the singular term: gear. You can have hockey gear, camping gear, swim gear, etc. Writing camping gears or swim gears leaves the reader thinking about cogwheels and wondering how that would apply to camping or swimming.
