can't I be sure

Which are correct:

1) Where can't I go?
2) Where can I not go?

3) Which ones can't I take?
4) Which ones can I not take?

5) In which cases can't I be sure I am right?
6) In which cases can I not be sure I am right?
7) In which cases I cannot be sure I am right?

Gratefully,
Navi.

All of them can have a meaningful existence.

With the right context almost anything can sound appropriate.

Not quite. With 7), the question format requires the order of I and cannot to be inverted. Thus:
In which cases I cannot be sure I am right? ---> In which cases cannot I be sure I am right?
That said, this formulation still sounds rather stilted. It would be preferable to use can't rather than cannot here, as in 5):
5) In which cases can't I be sure I am right?
