Hi you guys! What is the most common term for strong alcohol?

In what context?

Spirits is the general term for distilled alcohol.

I would think that whisky is the most common to be demanded in a film or, generically, "a stiff drink".

A slang term I remember hearing is "high test." Or maybe it was "high octane." Considering what I was drinking at the time, it's a miracle I remember anything!
