Digest the food

A: You just finished your dinner so you should walk back and forth to digest the food.
B: As you wish.

- Do these 2 sentences sound natural enough?

Thanks so much!

Steve, it is difficult to declare this exchange 'natural enough.' Being from the noreastern US, no. I would need to know how the two individuals are related (friends, dates, parent/child). It is hard for me to invision from your writing, a situation where two people would have this conversation.
That being said, A. sounds ok, while B would sound more natural to me, like this:
If you say so or Whatever you say or Whatever, or just Okay.
