- When you get home safely, just text me. Then I can feel secure to go to sleep.
- When you arrive home safely / make it home ok, just send me a text message. Then I can be secure to go to bed.
- Do these 2 sentences sound natural? :)

Both are formal in register and somewhat stilted both in grammar and word choice (arrive, secure) which seems unsuited for the situation.
"just" doesn't fit for me. Is the person saying "Don't call me, just text me."? Or did you mean something like "quickly" by it like "As soon as you get home, text me."
When you get home, text me so I'll know you're okay.
Text me when you get home so I can fall asleep.
