First, I'm leaving off "It is sure that" as it greatly complicates matters.

When she is working for A, she never appears before the employees of B when the two companies work together.

Now, to put back "It is sure that":
she never appears before
she always hides from
she makes a point of hiding from
many other options.

A bit of advice to her, while working for company A, she should hide from the employees of company B regardless of whether the two companies are working together.

A single word in English for this situation (having a second job that your first job doesn't allow) is "moonlighting".
