Actaully the phrase "don't rub another man's rhubarb" is from the joker in Batman, but the meaning of it is from a 1951 movie called rhubarb about a cat that inherits a baseball team and the players rubs rhubarb (the cat) to bring them luck.

The reference is from a 1951 movie called Rhubarb. An ornery cat named Rhubarb inherits a MLB baseball team when his eccentric owner dies. The players don't like the teasing they get from this, so a team mgr convinces them the cat is good luck. The team members start petting the cat for luck before each game and go on a winning streak. The reference “never rub another man's Rhubarb" meaning to not try to steal another man's luck or charm.
