After I wrote this poem, it occured to me that this game may have its roots in the pre-Christian and Christian mythic themes of Resurrection. Any formal analyses out there to which I can be referred for review and research?

.. in the Scouts in Aus we used to play a version with Man-Gun-Bear .. Man owns Gun .. Gun shoots Bear .. Bear mauls Man .. wonder what other versions exist ..

.. Keara .. the man stood with arms crossed across his chest .. the gun was shown by adopting the stance of firing a gun .. and the bear was shown by adopting a stance with arms spread forward as though you were about to grab the other person in a bearhug ..
