We had such a room in our office when we were faced with impending layoffs. We had so much information and we delegated one person to receive, distribute material and coordinate meetings. We needed a large office and we called it the Bunker Room. Some other suggestions:

Focus Room
Cryst-clear Room

what kind of business is this for, this may help you complete your quest a little easier. If you are in the military.....War Room should suffice. If you are into genetic research how about the Gene Pool. If your a bank you could call it The Vault. If your just another cubicle crowded office space, how about The Paper Mill, or The Recycling Bin (sorry, but you probaly are just recycling ideas anyway). If your in the religon business, you could call it the Crusade Room. My sugestion is to make it as personal as possible as to what you are attempting to accomplish.

At this rate, just meeting/conference room is becoming more and more attractive. For a sure brownie point getter, why don't you name the room after the big boss, or a member of the board. That should be greeted with cheers all around! *G*
