I need a unique word that descibes the period of time beginning with the sale of a product and ending with its disposal. Common terminology for this period is Usefull life or Operational period. I need something more creative- maybe something that parallels the phases of human life or acts of a play. Thanks for your help -

Life-cycle? Lifetime? Without knowing more about the context of your requirement (is it to be applied to a new product, or is it a new non-commercial name for a specific concept?), it is hard to be sure what might be suitable.

Some more information or guidance from you would help us to help you.
