Elementary school name

Here's where you can set a challenge or invite other Wordwizard members to take part in a word-related game of some kind.

To stop things getting too confusing, it's probably best to create a separate thread for each new game or challenge.

Elementary school name

Hello, our school district is looking to name their newly erected school. It is on the north eastern coast of US. I would love some suggestions to give them. Thank you.

So far, 'New Elementary School' is sounding pretty good.

The other elementary schools in the district are named after noted and beloved Middletowners : one is a Science textbook creator (Truman Moon) and the others are former Principals. The building will be a Kindergarten through Fifth grade school. Kiplinger ( not sure who that is really) just ranked it eighth in the US for raising children. There are three names in the running right now, two of which are so drab I cannot recall them and the other being so boring it made me laugh (and consequently store it in memory). The name to beat is " The Children's School." I suppose there could worse names than The Children School, but I am hoping there are also better.
Thank you for your help.

I'd go for a name that makes the pupils wonder. Maybe Higgs Bosun.

"The encyclopedia" meaning "everything children need to learn"

With the right context almost anything can sound appropriate.

You're right - if there's a lot of glass in the new structure, The Crystal Palace is an idea.

However, their soccer team would probably be crap.
