This week's Sunday Times quoted Peter Sellers as saying of Michael Caine that he was, "A mind of information". Do you think that it is a misquote or Sellers being clever? Or have I been wrong all these years by saying, "A MINE of information?

Bob seeing as how it was a Peter Sellar's quote I would think that he was being clever and misquoting the standard quote and alluding to Michael Caine's brilliant mind.

I have always said, "A mine of information."

Considering some of the errors I've seen in newspapers lately, I'd guess it was a either a typo or the reporter misheard.
