This may have an extended use. Could it be that if the thing that makes you feel "squeamish" in the first place also makes you feel like "screaming" then "screamish" is your word of choice? Consider unexpectedly coming across a mutilated headless corpse. Your first reaction may be to scream closely followed by feeling sick, ie sqeamish. Surely this is feeling "screamish.
