I can't think of a situation in which I would use any of those.

I believe the definition of moped is a motor cycle with an engine of less than 50cc or a motor assisted pedal cycle, so the pedals are not essential for the word to be used.

They look OK, but none of them would be used by a native speaker, Try, "so little sleep".
